On Having One - to - One sessions the training will be for your specific goal, all the training is to be performed safely and effectively with care.
What you won't get working out with me is tedious, boring exercises that drag on and make you dread the next session! Every workout will be difficult than the last so your body never knows what is coming next, so if it is constantly shocked into change.
All the training tools i use are hand picked because of their ability to mould a far more affective and functional approach to fitness training.
